Interior Design And Renovation Process Cycle

The Interior Design and Build process might seem a daunting and exhaustive task to you. But rest assured, at Designtech Enterprises we tend to change that and make the whole process simple, easy and above all… TRANSPARENT.
Our one stop solution includes space planning, designing, build and install along with finishes, furnishing & fixtures.
Following is our procedure we adapt to facilitate you.
This is the first stage of the design/build process where we understand your needs and requirements and perform general site evaluation.
Based on the initial discussion, we will start working on planning, presentation, and develop a concept tailored to your needs. We will then get back to our you and deliver design concepts, scope of work , material finishes, furnishing options and approximate budget cost. Changes and alterations are made as per client requirement.
Once you have approved the concept we begin quickly to move in a direction to make it happen which includes approved drawings / renderings / layout plans & BOQ. At this point we provide client with few options as well. Once you approve drawings/renderings/layout plans & Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Payment terms are agreed upon & we sign the official agreement contract with you.
At this stage, our team is fully deployed and site works are in progress. We ensure quality and timely delivery within the stipulated time frame. Throughout we will be in coordination & liaise with you so you can make informed decision in case you require some change or additional work. Upon request, we also provide you with online (realtime) live video streaming of the ongoing works at site as well, so you can monitor the progress of works from the comfort of your home/office.
After final touches are completed. We handover site to you.
Based on the project we provide 6 month additional warranty on our services from the date of project completion.
